The posting

Als Customer Relations Specialist Laboratorium ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met klanten en de tijdige en correcte afhandeling van rapportages over milieu-analyses. Je bewaakt de voortgang, controleert gegevens en schakelt met verschillende laboratoriumafdelingen wanneer resultaten of informatie ontbreken

- Je controleert en geeft reguliere rapportages en spoedrapportages tijdig vrij

- Je beoordeelt klantrapporten op volledigheid, juistheid en vereisten vanuit certificeringen en kwaliteitsnormen

- Je bewaakt de voortgang van analyses en stemt ontbrekende resultaten af met teamleiders en afdelingshoofden

- Je beantwoordt klantvragen over rapportages, opdrachten, analysepakketten, het klantportaal, verpakkingen en logistieke dienstverlening

- Je behandelt klachten, heranalyses en wijzigingen in opdrachten, legt deze vast in LIMS en informeert klanten bij vertragingen

- Lange termijn dienstverband, waarbij je start met een jaarcontract via CheckMark

- Salarisindicatie van € 2900,- tot € 5400,- bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime

- Dienstverband van 32 – 40 uur/week

Voor de functie van Customer Relations Specialist Laboratorium zoeken wij een communicatief sterke kandidaat die laboratoriumkennis wil inzetten binnen een klantgerichte kantoorfunctie

- Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding in een chemische of laboratoriumrichting, zoals chemisch-fysisch analist of chemie

- Je hebt voldoende laboratoriumkennis om analyseresultaten, opdrachten en inhoudelijke klantvragen goed te begrijpen

- Ervaring met klantcontact, rapportagecontrole, opdrachtverwerking of een LIMS is een pré

- Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen binnen milieu-analyses, zoals AS3000, AP04, CMA/WAC of NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025, is een pré

- Je houdt overzicht, communiceert professioneel en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal op minimaal B2-niveau
