Deine Tätigkeiten * Du betreust selbstständig unsere Kunden in Österreich und sorgst für eine professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation. * Du bearbeitest täglich Kundenaufträge und bereitest diese für die zuständigen Fachabteilungen vor. * Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und findest passende Lösungen für ihre Anliegen. * Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren weltweiten DSV-Niederlassungen.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Speditions- oder kaufmännischen Bereich. * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. * Der Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich. * Insbesondere Excel nutzt du sicher und gerne im Arbeitsalltag. * Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert. * Du überzeugst durch deine Kundenorientierung und kommunizierst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern. * Auch in herausfordernden Situationen behältst du den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Speditionsgewerbe und in der Logistik (gültige Fassung). Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.600 brutto/Monat. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen.
