Als Medewerker Customer Service Transport ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze opdrachtgevers waarvoor de transportprocessen beheert. Samen met jouw collega’s binnen het Customer Service Transport team (3 medewerkers) zorg je ervoor dat klanten optimaal worden ondersteund.

Je bent de single point of contact voor klanten op het gebied van transport en houdt je daarnaast bezig met:

Het beantwoorden van uiteenlopende klantvragen

Het opstellen van interne- en klantrapportages

Het verzorgen van facturatie

Je werkt in wisselende diensten tussen 07:00 – 16:00 uur en 09:00 – 18:00 uur. Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze dynamische logistieke omgeving.

- MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting Logistiek)

- Minimaal 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (must) – Frans is een grote pré

- Communicatief sterk en in staat om helder en constructief te communiceren

- Klantgericht met focus op kwaliteit in dienstverlening

- Snel kunnen schakelen, prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren

- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken

- Analytisch sterk en vaardig met Excel

- Gedreven, proactief, gestructureerd en initiatiefrijk
