Als Customer Service Expert Wijkverpleging bij Coöperatie VGZ zorg jij ervoor dat onze leden toegang krijgen tot passende zorg. Zo vinden zij passende zorg op het juiste moment. Als Customer Service Expert Wijkverpleging binnen de afdeling Zorg Regelen van Coöperatie VGZ speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Jij beoordeelt complexe aanvragen voor wijkverpleging en persoonsgebonden budgetten (pgb). Je analyseert complexe dossiers, toetst deze aan wet- en regelgeving en komt tot een zorgvuldig besluit. Op basis van jouw beoordeling krijgen leden duidelijkheid over hun aanvraag. Daarmee draag je bij aan een rechtvaardige uitvoering van de zorgverzekering. Daarnaast help je mee om de zorg toegankelijk en betaalbaar te houden voor iedereen. Als toekomstige Customer Service Expert Wijkverpleging begin je je werkdag met een korte check-in met de rest van je team. Hierna ga je zelfstandig aan het werk met het beoordelen en verwerken van complexe zorgaanvragen voor pgb en ongecontracteerde wijkverpleging. Je hebt daarbij vaak contact met verpleegkundigen. Samen bespreken jullie indicaties en toetsen jullie deze aan de geldende richtlijnen en voorwaarden.
