Onze klant zoekt een nauwkeurige en klantgerichte Customer Service & Sales Support Officer die de schakel vormt tussen klanten en interne afdelingen. In deze veelzijdige functie coördineer je het volledige orderproces en draag je actief bij aan een uitstekende klantenservice.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de verpakkingsindustrie en levert innovatieve oplossingen aan klanten uit uiteenlopende sectoren. Met een sterke lokale aanwezigheid en de ondersteuning van een wereldwijde groep biedt de organisatie een stabiele en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren van klantcommunicatie en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en verzoeken.
  • Verwerken, registreren en opvolgen van klantorders van A tot Z.
  • Coördineren met interne afdelingen zoals planning, logistiek, kwaliteit, magazijn, boekhouding en sales.
  • Vertalen van forecasts naar operationele opvolging en monitoren van openstaande leveringen.
  • Proactief opvolgen van productieplanningen om levertermijnen te garanderen.
  • Behandelen van klachten en communiceren van actieplannen in samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling.
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële projecten en opvolgen van productontwikkelingen.
  • Administratieve verwerking van retourzendingen en interne communicatie hieromtrent.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van prijslijsten in overleg met sales.
  • Analyseren van verkoopresultaten, budgetafwijkingen en maandelijkse forecasts.
  • Opvolgen van voorraden, facturatie van stockagekosten en ondersteuning bij betalings- en creditnota-opvolging.
  • Bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen customer service, sales support of een administratieve commerciële functie.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een commerciële of salesgerichte opleiding komen in aanmerking.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een troef.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en comfortabel met cijfers en rapportering.
  • Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Affiniteit met logistiek, supply chain of transport is een meerwaarde.
  • Flexibel, georganiseerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
