Ons team

EnergyVision brengt duurzame energie-oplossingen naar de huizen en/of bedrijven van onze klanten. Zo plaatsen we zonnepanelen, laadpalen of andere technieken zonder dat de klant één euro hoeft te investeren. Dankzij onze aanpak kunnen klanten vanaf dag één besparen op hun energiefactuur. We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).

Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een Customer servicemedewerker.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent de tweedelijns contactpersoon van onze klanten waarbij je hen via ons ticketingsysteem, mail én telefonisch bijstaat
  • Je informeert de klant over de stand van zijn dossier en koppelt zo nodig terug naar jouw collega’s om de klant correct te kunnen informeren
  • Je volgt dossiers op en gaat proactief oplossingen zoeken
  • Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de administratieve verwerking van de dossiers

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis Frans
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en houdt van klantencontact
  • Je gaat steeds gestructureerd en planmatig te werk
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de sector, meer specifiek energieleveranciers
  • Kennis over hernieuwbare energie is een sterke meerwaarde
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamisch team en houdt van een veranderende omgeving
  • Je weerspiegelt jezelf aan de 3 kernwaarden van EnergyVision: Doelgerichtheid, integriteit en transparantie
