Als Medewerker Klantenservice & Klachtenafhandeling ben jij het aanspreekpunt .

Je ontvangt en verwerkt klachten via telefoon, voicemail, webformulieren en e-mail.

Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding weet je als geen ander hoe je een vervelende situatie omzet in een positieve, oplossingsgerichte ervaring.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Eerstelijns klantcontact: Bellen met eindgebruikers, actief luisteren en op een begripvolle, professionele manier communiceren over de status van hun melding.
  • Administratieve verwerking (SAP): Correct registreren en afhandelen van klachten binnen de gestelde deadlines, rekening houdend met complexe juridische entiteiten.
  • Onderzoek & opvolging: Benodigde informatie verzamelen, onderzoeksrapporten beoordelen en feedback van onderzoekers vertalen naar een passend antwoord voor de klant.
  • Escalatie & afstemming: Terugkerende of ernstige klachten escaleren en de resultaten bespreken met de betrokken Business Unit of Key Account Manager.
  • Logistiek & financien: Coordineren en verwerken van retouren en samen met Customer Care zorgen voor een correcte financiele afwikkeling.
  • Procesverbetering: Deelnemen aan overleg over structurele klachten om herhaling in de toekomst te voorkomen.
