Jouw werkzaamheden Als Customer Solutions Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel normale klanten, als key accounts. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van uiteenlopende vragen en verzoeken. Je communiceert rechtstreeks met klanten en coördineert intern om hun behoeften zo goed mogelijk te vervullen. Door de diversiteit aan klanten en diensten is geen dag hetzelfde. Alle klantcontacten en afspraken worden verwerkt, zodat relaties optimaal worden onderhouden. Onze opdrachtgever biedt ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld naar de functie van Accountmanager of andere sleutelposities binnen de organisatie.
