Als Customer succes manager ben jij een sleutelfiguur in ons salesproces. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en vertaalt klantenbehoeften naar oplossingen die impact maken.

  • Je beheert een klantenportfolio in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Je detecteert snel klantbehoeften en vertaalt ze naar concrete software- en IT-oplossingen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt ze op, van aanvraag tot ondertekening.
  • Je presenteert en onderhandelt over onze oplossingen en services.
  • Je spot nieuwe opportuniteiten via prospectie, netwerkactiviteiten en roadshows.
  • Je bezoekt actief nieuwe potentiële klanten om duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende interne teams om de projecten succesvol op te leveren.

Wat is jouw profiel?

  • Je bent commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je denkt analytisch en bent sterk in probleemoplossend werken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot communiceert met collega’s en klanten.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma of hebt relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in software ( project management, product owner, software sales, .... ) is een plus.
  • Ervaring als accountmanager IT of in IT-sales is een plus.
