Over ons:

Bij ShopWeDo e-fulfilment zijn we gespecialiseerd in e-commerce logistiek. Vandaag verwerken we de orders van zo’n 150 Belgische webshops die actief zijn in uiteenlopende branches. Ons team is verantwoordelijk voor de opslag, picking, packing en verzending van e-commerce bestellingen naar bestemmingen in heel Europa

Als Customer Succes Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor eigenaars van enkele grote webwinkels die hun logistiek aan ons hebben uitbesteed. Je komt terecht in een team van enkele collega’s en werkt heel nauw samen met elkaar. Je lost er niet alleen logistieke vragen op maar doet ook regelmatig verzendprojecten, organiseert stockchecks, woont meetings met de klant bij, enz. Jij bent werkelijk de logistieke oren, ogen en handen van deze webwinkels. Door dat je werkt voor webshops van heel uiteenlopende branches biedt deze job veel variatie. De hele dag stil zitten achter je computer is er zeker niet bij, regelmatig duik je met een logistieke queeste het warehouse in .

Binnen deze vacature ben je specifiek verantwoordelijk voor de volgende zaken:

  • Opvolgen van alle contactaanvragen en problemen die binnenkomen via onze website en netwerk. Wij werken hiervoor met een modern online ticketing tool. LET OP! In tegenstelling tot andere customer service jobs sta je bij ons nooit in contact met eindklanten maar met de webshop eigenaars. De te leveren ondersteuning is dus B2B en niet B2C.
  • Je helpt webshop eigenaars met hun vragen rond ons platform en hun zendingen via telefoon, mail, chat en meetings.
  • Je volgt inkomende en uitgaande leveringen voor onze webshops op.
  • Complexere support tickets nauwgezet opvolgen en zo nodig delegeren naar de juiste collega’s.
  • Je staat in direct contact met ons magazijn en onze carriers (Bpost, Postnl, DHL, DPD…) en volgt dossiers op.
  • Je krijgt een portfolio van webwinkels toebedeeld waarvoor jij het eerste contactpunt wordt.
  • Af en toe na de uren eens mee een pintje gaan drinken met de collega’s
  • Opleiding van weinig belang, wij vinden de mate van jouw interesse en ervaringen in e-commerce belangrijker.
  • Je bent een zelfstarter, plantrekker en hebt geen angst om te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent creatief en hebt goede organisatie- en communicatie skills.
  • Je wil tot het uiterste gaan om onze klanten te helpen met hun vragen of problemen.
  • Mondelinge kennis van Nederlands en Frans is een must.
  • Enige ervaring in een administratieve of customer service job is een pluspunt.
  • Ben je goed met social media en/of heb je al eens een e-mailing verzonden? Ook een pluspunt!
