Customer Succes Manager Digitale Diensten Je nieuwe job als Customer Succes Manager Digitale Diensten bij Regionaal Energieloket, onderdeel van de Rel Groep. Ons snelgroeiende bedrijf in het verduurzamen van woningen en wijken. Meer dan 100 gemeenten vertrouwen op onze digitale diensten om hun inwoners te helpen verduurzamen. Jouw #1 doel: de verduurzaming van woningen versnellen door meer dan 100 gemeenten écht in beweging te krijgen. Niet één wijk die verduurzaamt, maar honderd gemeenten die tegelijk vaart maken, omdat jij ze met onze digitale producten van willen naar dóen brengt. Onze digitale diensten zijn het gereedschap waarmee gemeenten die opgave waarmaken. Van energieloketten tot datasystemen en verschillende AI-oplossingen: allemaal tools waarmee de gemeente de transitie kan sturen en versnellen. Meer dan 100 gemeenten bouwen erop, en jij bent degene die ze van dat gereedschap ook echt resultaat laat halen. Als jij je werk goed doet, zie je dat direct terug. Bewoners die sneller geholpen worden, omdat de loketten en tools ze op het juiste moment de weg wijzen naar de volgende verduurzamingsstap. Data die laat zien dat het werkt: tools die volop gebruikt worden, websites die goed bezocht worden, en cijfers waarmee jij en het team weer kunnen doorbouwen naar iets dat nóg beter presteert. En blije klanten die merken dat hun gemeente echt vooruitkomt. Jij bent extern het aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten en woningcorporaties. Je weet daarom alle ins en outs van de dienstverlening en projecten die je draait. Je bewaakt de voortgang van deze projecten, zorgt voor een hoge kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig. Ook zorg je voor strakke afstemming met je collega's in de uitvoering over bijvoorbeeld de planning en aanvullende opdrachten. Aangezien jij midden in de uitvoering zit, signaleer je wat er beter kan en draag je verbeter initiatieven voor om de projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
