Wat ga je doen?

Een ERP is pas waardevol als het doet wat een bedrijf nodig heeft. Omdat bedrijven voortdurend veranderen, stopt ons werk niet na de go-live. Daarom zoeken we een Customer Success Manager die onze klanten van begin tot einde begeleidt. Je bent de brug tussen de klant en ons team van consultants en developers. Je hoeft zelf niet elke oplossing te bouwen, maar je begrijpt de business en stelt de juiste vragen.

Je krijgt een eigen portefeuille van klanten en wordt hun vaste aanspreekpunt. Concreet:

  • Noden analyseren: je gaat mee naar de klant, je bekijkt hoe inkoop, magazijn, levering en administratie bij een drankenbedrijf in de praktijk werken en vertaalt dat naar duidelijke requirements.
  • Onboarding opvolgen: je begeleidt nieuwe klanten bij setup, configuratie en documentatie.
  • Gebruikers opleiden: je geeft trainingen, meestal on-site, zodat teams zelfstandig met het systeem aan de slag kunnen.
  • Go-live begeleiden: tijdens de hypercare ben je op de werkvloer aanwezig om vragen op te lossen en problemen snel aan te pakken.
  • Helpdesk opvolgen: je helpt mee tickets te behandelen en zorgt dat klanten snel een duidelijk antwoord krijgen.
  • Klanten vooruit helpen: je spoort proactief knelpunten en nieuwe behoeften op en stelt verbeteringen of extra modules voor.
  • Feedback doorgeven: je koppelt input uit de praktijk terug aan onze consultants en developers, zodat het platform beter wordt.
  • Netwerk uitbouwen: je bouwt je contacten in de sector verder uit. Niet vanuit harde verkoop, maar vanuit vertrouwen en inhoud.

Wie zoeken we?

Een klantgerichte starter of medior die energie haalt uit contact met mensen, processen en technologie. Je hoeft geen developer te zijn, maar je begrijpt hoe software bedrijfsprocessen kan ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen of bent sterk gemotiveerd om je erin te verdiepen.
  • Je legt zaken eenvoudig uit, aan zaakvoerders en aan een groep gebruikers op de werkvloer.
  • Je luistert en analyseert eerst en stelt daarna een oplossing voor.
  • Je houdt overzicht over meerdere klanten tegelijk en werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je blijft kalm tijdens drukke go-live-momenten.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig on-site (50/50) te werken bij klanten (regio Vlaanderen).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
