Risolto is op zoek naar een Customer Succes Officer om onze groeiende klantenportefeuille te ondersteunen. Ben je iemand die de fijne nuances van projecten snel in de vingers heeft? Die helder communiceert en gestructureerd te werk gaat? Dan is dit iets voor jou!

Enerzijds zorg je ervoor dat de vragen van klanten zo goed mogelijk beantwoord worden. Daarvoor moet je voldoende kennis hebben van de software, van de scope van het project en van de werking van de klant. Anderzijds stuur je ook de collega’s van development aan door tickets te schrijven en in te plannen. Op basis van deze tickets gaan zij aan de slag en wordt Risolto verder ontwikkeld!

Daarnaast ga je ook proactief communiceren met klanten rond nieuwe ontwikkelingen, klanten opleiden in het werken met de software, demo’s geven van nieuwe features, … Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten geïnformeerd en tevreden aan de slag kunnen met onze software!

Voor beiden, zowel contact met klanten als met het devteam, moet je helder, professioneel en gestructureerd communiceren in zowel nederlands als engels. Je hebt oog voor detail maar houdt ook het grotere verhaal steeds in je achterhoofd. Financieel inzicht en een analytische ingesteldheid zijn daarbij zeker een plus: het gaat tenslotte over software voor debiteurenbeheer.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze andere Customer Success Officer en krijgt al snel veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent de brug tussen onze klanten en het development team en dat is een rol met veel gewicht.

  • Je helpt klanten met vragen en problemen over ons platform. je zoekt zelfstandig uit wat er aan de hand is en weet wanneer je moet doorschakelen.

  • Je denkt proactief mee over hoe ons platform beter kan: terugkerende vragen en knelpunten vertaal je naar concrete input voor het product- en devteam.
  • Je test nieuwe features en fixes kritisch uit vóór ze live gaan — vanuit zowel technisch als klantperspectief.
  • Je bouwt langetermijnrelaties op: je volgt op hoe klanten evolueren met het platform en ziet waar extra begeleiding of functionaliteiten waarde toevoegen.
  • Je bewaart de balans tussen wat klanten vragen en wat haalbaar is — en je durft dat eerlijk te communiceren.
  • Bachelor / Master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en krijgt energie van het uitzoeken van complexe vraagstukken.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd: je houdt het overzicht ook wanneer je meerdere projecten aan je hoofd hebt.
  • Sterk in het Nederlands, goed in het Engels.
  • Je bent leergierig.
