Robert Half is voor een klant op zoek naar een Customer Success Advisor (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf in Schaarbeek.

Onze klant is een gevestigde organisatie actief in een professionele en dienstverlenende omgeving, met een sterke focus op het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en het adviseren van bedrijven op maat van hun behoeften.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille van middelgrote en grote bedrijven en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt;
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en zet in op het activeren en converteren van potentiële klanten;
  • Je detecteert proactief de noden en uitdagingen van klanten en adviseert hen op een consultatieve manier over het dienstenaanbod;
  • Je neemt initiatief in prospectie, cold calling, cross-selling en upselling, steeds met aandacht voor de behoeften van de klant;
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en volgt KPI's op zonder de focus op kwalitatief relatiemanagement uit het oog te verliezen;
  • Je behandelt inkomende klantaanvragen via verschillende kanalen, waaronder telefoon en online contactaanvragen;
  • Je neemt deel aan klantgesprekken en teamcalls en draagt bij aan projecten binnen customer success;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams, zoals marketing en learning & development, om signalen en klantbehoeften terug te koppelen.

Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande

  • Je hebt ervaring in een rol binnen accountmanagement, customer success, inside sales of klantenbeheer;
  • Je voelt je sterk in B2B-relatiemanagement en haalt energie uit het opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties;
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met een adviserende en klantgerichte aanpak;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet professioneel en vlot gesprekken te voeren met klanten en prospecten;
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatsgericht en kan opportuniteiten detecteren binnen een bestaande klantenportefeuille;
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne stakeholders;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan vlot meerdere contacten en projecten tegelijk opvolgen;
  • Je zoekt bewust een functie met commerciële accenten, maar zonder uitgesproken harde salesfocus.
