De Customer Success Consultant opereert op het snijvlak van projectmanagement en vastgoed. Geloof jij in digitalisatie? Zie je de kansen? De focus van Bryder ligt op het op orde brengen van Gebouw Informatie Management met het innovatieve platform van Bryder in combinatie met Digital Twins. Net als het team, bedien je klanten met veel energie en neem je geen genoegen met halve oplossingen. Je bent resultaat gericht, daadkrachtig, bijt je vast in een project en laat ook bij lange doorlooptijden niet los. Je weet dat samenwerken met klanten, partners en collega's het beste resultaat oplevert. Als Customer Success Consultant ben je met het Customer Succes team verantwoordelijk voor succesvolle implementaties van gebouw informatie bij de klant. Daarnaast begeleid je klanten met digitaliseringsprojecten. Je adviseert klanten over het optimaliseren van het digitalisatieproces, van brondata tot en met de productie van Digital Twins en de implementatie van gebouw informatie management. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze partners in hun dienstverlening. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten elke dag met plezier met onze software werken. Je bent zelfstandig werkzaam en weet hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden. Je gaat regelmatig bij de partners langs om hun behoeftes te inventariseren, ze te trainen en ervoor te zorgen dat hun klantprojecten goed verlopen.
