Als Customer Success Consultant ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten na de implementatie van onze SaaS-oplossing: Ifunds Cloud for Nonprofit, gebaseerd op Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten succesvol blijven in het gebruik van onze producten en diensten, en dat hun processen optimaal ondersteund worden. Je maakt deel uit van een klantenteam waarin jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het onderhouden van een goede relatie met de klant. Je spreekt klanten regelmatig, bijvoorbeeld op een beurs of tijdens een kwartaalmeeting. Je begeleidt hen bij het optimaal inzetten van onze producten in hun werkprocessen. Daarbij ben je in staat om kleine aanpassingen zelfstandig door te voeren om klanten snel weer op weg te helpen. Tegelijkertijd fungeer je als sparringspartner bij grotere vraagstukken. Kansen weet je tijdig te signaleren en op te volgen, of je zet ze uit bij de juiste collega's - waarbij jij graag de regie houdt in het klantcontact. Je werkt binnen het customer success team, samen met consultants en projectmanagers, en bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het begeleiden van non-profitorganisaties bij het optimaal inzetten van Ifunds (Engage 365) voor bv. Relatiebeheer, fondsen of ledenwerving en campagnes - Het proactief signaleren van optimalisatiekansen binnen CRM-...
