Functieomschrijving De wereld van cryptoactiva is voor veel mensen nog onbekend terrein. Juist daarom is de klantbeleving bij Amdax zo bepalend. Als Customer Success Coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én zorg je daarnaast ook mee voor een soepele financiële administratie op de achtergrond. Je combineert oprecht klantcontact met nauwkeurig operationeel werk, en schakelt moeiteloos tussen die twee. Crypto-ervaring is geen vereiste. Wij hebben de vakinhoudelijke kennis in huis en zorgen dat jij alles leert wat je nodig hebt. Wat je wél meeneemt: oprechte aandacht voor mensen, een commercieel gevoel, en de nauwkeurigheid om ook de cijfers kloppend te houden. Je wordt onderdeel van een operations team met specialisten op het gebied van custody, trading, liquiditeit en staking. Daarbinnen ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klant en operatie: je lost vragen van vandaag op en denkt mee over hoe het morgen beter kan. Intern werken we AI-first. We zetten AI-agents in om slimmer te werken, sneller te schalen en meer te doen met een klein team. Dat verwachten we ook van de mensen die hier komen werken. Wat ga je doen? Klantcontact en customer success - Je bent dagelijks in contact met klanten per telefoon, e-mail en chat. Jij bent het gezicht van Amdax en pakt klantvragen volledig op, van begin tot eind. - Je biedt ondersteuning bij crypto-georiënteerde vragen van klanten. - Je signaleert patronen in klantinteracties en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen in processen en communicatie. - Je zet AI in waar het je kan helpen om problemen op te lossen of dingen efficiënter te maken - Je denkt mee over retentiestrategieën voor het moment dat klanten overwegen te vertrekken.
