Customer Success Manager - Hybrid - - Den Haag , Zuid-Holland , Netherlands - €3,500 - €4,500 per month - Customer Success Over LessonUp LessonUp is opgericht in 2015 met als doel elke docent in staat te stellen de meest boeiende, leuke en effectieve leermomenten te creëren. Inmiddels zijn we gegroeid tot hét grootste onderwijsplatform in Nederland voor docenten en zijn we marktleider in het voortgezet onderwijs en mbo. Meer dan 100.000 docenten wereldwijd maken en geven dagelijks les met LessonUp. Onze ambitie is om 1 miljoen docenten wereldwijd te ondersteunen en daarmee een positieve impact te maken op het onderwijs. Over de rol LessonUp heeft een groeiend klantenbestand van scholen. Onze uitdaging is niet alleen het binnenhalen van nieuwe scholen, maar ook het onboarden, activeren en ondersteunen van de docenten en scholen die er al zijn. Als Customer Success Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van LessonUp op scholen, stelt samen met hen een plan van aanpak op en zorgt voor maximale adoptie. Je begeleidt scholen proactief naar structureel en breed gebruik van LessonUp en zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je voorziet hen van de juiste benodigdheden, zoals trainingen, workshops, of andere type content, afhankelijk van de behoefte. Je monitort de resultaten van scholen, zorgt voor tijdige renewal-gesprekken en signaleert upsell-kansen. De feedback die je terugkrijgt verzamel je en vertaal je naar interne verbeteringen samen met het Customer Success team. Met behulp van jouw input help je mee om schaalbare initiatieven op te zetten die bijdragen aan de activatie voor alle scholen en docenten. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Product & CS en werkt nauw samen met de bestaande Customer Success- en Salesteams. Je belangrijkste KPI's zijn (school)activatie, invulling van abonnementen per school en retentie.
