Als Customer Success Manager bij Hoogendoorn help jij klanten om meer uit het platform te halen. Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens de onboarding, traint gebruikers en blijft daarna het vaste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verbeteringen en kansen. Hoogendoorn helpt telers en tuinbouwbedrijven om slimmer te werken met data. Denk aan inzichten rondom klimaat, teelt, energie, gewasbescherming en productie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten het platform goed begrijpen, actief gebruiken en steeds beter toepassen binnen hun eigen bedrijfsvoering. Help jij graag telers om slimmer te werken? Lees vlug verder en solliciteer! Wat ga jij doen In het begin ligt de focus vaak op onboarding. Je richt samen met de klant het platform goed in, geeft trainingen en helpt gebruikers stap voor stap op weg. Dat doe je in Nederland regelmatig op locatie en voor internationale klanten meestal via Teams. Een training bestaat vaak uit meerdere sessies, waarin je klanten niet alleen uitlegt waar ze moeten klikken, maar vooral laat zien hoe het platform hen helpt in hun dagelijkse werk. Daarna blijft de relatie belangrijk. Je beheert een eigen klantportfolio van ongeveer 60 tot 80 klanten. Je voert evaluatiegesprekken, beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee over optimalisatie en signaleert waar klanten extra waarde uit Hoogendoorn kunnen halen. Ook ondersteun je het supportteam, maak je tickets aan voor klantvragen en pak je ongeveer één dag per week supportvragen van je eigen klanten op. Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met: - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten. - Het adviseren over aanvullende functionaliteiten, uitbreidingen en toepassingen. - Het verzamelen van klantfeedback en deze vertalen naar concrete input voor productontwikkel...
