Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je functie combineert commerciële activiteiten met customer success en technische ondersteuning.

Sales & klantenrelaties

  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten via lead generation.
  • Voeren van commerciële gesprekken en de behoeften en verwachtingen van klanten in kaart brengen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Actief opvolgen van bestaande klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.

Customer Success & technische ondersteuning

  • Installaties en opleidingen verzorgen bij klanten en scholen in België en Nederland.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij het gebruik van scanners, software, freesmachines en printers.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt en helpdesk bij technische vragen en problemen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de verschillende machines en softwareoplossingen bij klanten optimaal blijven functioneren.
  • Freesmachines configureren en aanpassen aan de gebruikte software.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij de implementatie en het dagelijkse gebruik van de oplossingen.
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning bieden binnen de productie van orthopedische zolen.

Je bent dus niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject, maar zorgt er ook voor dat klanten tevreden zijn, de oplossingen optimaal gebruiken en op lange termijn succesvol blijven.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze veelzijdige functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en zelfstandige professional die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent van nature commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit klanten adviseren en overtuigen.
  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd als orthopedisch schoenmaker, orthopedisch technieker of podoloog.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in technologie, digitalisering en innovatie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het belangrijk om klanten op een professionele manier te begeleiden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt technische informatie op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uitleggen.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Windows en Microsoft Office.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en probleemoplossend.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen binnen België en Nederland.
  • Ervaring binnen de orthopedische sector, medische technologie of een gelijkaardige omgeving is een sterke troef.
