Ons platform versnelt het gehele aanbestedingsproces, van het vinden en beoordelen van aanbestedingen tot het analyseren van documenten, het signaleren van risico's en het opstellen van sterke offertes. Klanten in de bouw, IT, facility services, engineering, productie en uitzendwerk gebruiken Brainial om tijd te besparen, kosten te verlagen en te voorkomen dat cruciale details over het hoofd worden gezien. Wij zijn gevestigd in Utrecht en ontwikkelen 'verklaarbare' AI die echte problemen voor echte klanten oplost. De functie Als onze CSM voor de Benelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille, vanaf het moment dat ze voor het eerst inloggen. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze snel aan de slag kunnen, daadwerkelijk profijt hebben van het platform en samen met ons groeien. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast, divers team onder leiding van een CSM-manager. Je werkt in het Nederlands en Engels met onze klanten en ons internationale team. Je werkt ook nauw samen met de afdelingen Sales, Support en Product om de inspanningen op elkaar af te stemmen, klantinzichten te delen en belangrijke kengetallen (zoals acceptatiegraad, NPS en succes bij uitbreiding) bij te houden, zodat je regelmatig verslag kunt uitbrengen aan het management.
