Collega's werken samen in een moderne kantoorruimte bij GPS Buddy Vacature Customer Success Manager Functieomschrijving Als Customer Success Manager bij GPS-Buddy zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe klanten succesvol van start gaan met onze oplossingen. Vanaf het moment dat een klant tekent, begeleid jij het onboardingtraject en help je gebruikers om snel zelfstandig en effectief met onze software te werken. Je verzorgt trainingen, workshops en demonstraties voor gebruikers, beheerders en andere stakeholders. Daarbij leg je complexe onderwerpen eenvoudig uit en laat je zien hoe onze oplossingen bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen en meer inzicht in de dagelijkse operatie. Tijdens de onboarding ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en de schakel tussen sales, support, projectmanagement en productontwikkeling. Je bewaakt de voortgang, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en helpt klanten om de maximale waarde uit GPS-Buddy te halen. Daarnaast ben je in staat om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar commerciële mogelijkheden die waarde toevoegen voor zowel de klant als GPS-Buddy. Ook na de implementatie blijf je betrokken. Je monitort het gebruik van onze oplossingen, organiseert evaluaties en signaleert kansen om klanttevredenheid, adoptie en samenwerking verder te versterken. Over GPS-Buddy GPS-Buddy is pionier in Fleet Management en Asset Tracking. Wij helpen bedrijven de stap te maken van het beheren van assets naar het benutten van slimme, datagedreven inzichten: van Fleet- & Asset Management naar Asset Intelligence. Wij ontwikkelen en implementeren innovatieve IoT-oplossingen volledig in eigen beheer: van hardware en firmware tot software. Dankzij deze geïntegreerde aanpak kunnen wij snel inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt en onze klanten continu voorzien van innovatieve, toekomstbestendige en technologisch vooruitstrevende oplossingen.
