Als Customer Success Officer word je samen met je fantastische collega's van Customer Success de onmisbare schakel in het onderhouden van toffe contacten met onze klanten - accountants- en boekhoudkantoren die dagelijks met AdminPulse werken. Samen zorgen jullie voor maximale klanttevredenheid en -binding, van start tot langetermijnpartnerschap.

Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

  • Proactieve klantopvolging: dankzij jouw commerciële flair spot je feilloos de aandachtspunten en behoeften van je klanten, en onderneem je proactief actie.
  • Persoonlijk accountbeheer: gesprekken met klanten zijn soms technisch, maar jij weet elke keer opnieuw een echte, persoonlijke band op te bouwen - dat is waar AdminPulse het verschil maakt.
  • Samenwerking: je schakelt met verschillende teams binnen AdminPulse en werkt hand in hand met je collega's van het Customer Experience-team en het Sales & Marketing-team, zodat alles naadloos verloopt.
  • Continue verbetering: je denkt mee over onze CS-processen en tools om onze dienstverlening steeds efficiënter te maken.

Jouw missie: onze klanttevredenheid naar een nog hoger niveau tillen en de samenwerking met onze klanten nog sterker maken!

  • Jij combineert je commerciële flair met een oprechte drive om accountants te ondersteunen. Je luistert goed, begrijpt hoe een kantoor werkt en denkt graag mee over waar er samen geoptimaliseerd kan worden
  • Customer Success is jouw grote passie en jouw energie is aanstekelijk voor iedereen om je heen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma op zak en al wat relevante ervaring in je rugzak
  • Resultaatgericht werken en klanttevredenheid vooropstellen? Dat zit gewoon in jouw DNA
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig, met een echte start-up/scale-up-mindset
  • Software en de accountancywereld? Daar krijg jij energie van
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Frans en je spreekt ook een mondje Engels.
