The posting

Mya is een online agenda- en praktijkoptimalisatietool voor zorgverleners. We helpen praktijken elke dag efficiënter werken: minder administratie, meer rust, betere opvolging.

Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Customer Success & Sales Medewerker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, structuur brengt en ook commercieel durft denken.

Dit is géén klassieke helpdesk of salesfunctie.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die meedenkt, opvolgt en initiatief neemt.

Wat je bij ons doet

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Dat kan via mail of telefoon zijn, en altijd met de bedoeling: problemen oplossen én vooruithelpen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij het gebruik van Mya en Reservi
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe praktijken bij hun opstart en onboarding
  • Je geeft online demo’s en opleidingen (individueel of in kleine groep)
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en volgt die actief op
  • Op rustigere momenten neem je internal sales taken op, waaronder actieve telefonische prospectie (warm en koud).
  • Je denkt mee over hoe we onze support, onboarding en communicatie kunnen verbeteren

Af en toe ga je mee naar een beurs of event, maar dat is bijzaak — de kern zit in je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid.

We zoeken geen specifiek diploma of profiel “op papier”.

Wat voor ons telt, is attitude en maturiteit.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt zaken consequent op
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en wacht niet tot iemand je zegt wat te doen
  • Je bent klantgericht, maar durft ook duidelijk en professioneel zijn
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en schrikt niet van telefonische prospectie
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd: je werkt vlot met software en snapt hoe online tools functioneren
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer het druk is en houdt overzicht

Frans spreken is een sterke plus, omdat we actief zijn in Wallonië en daar verder willen groeien.

Belangrijk om te weten

Deze functie is niet geschikt als je:

  • enkel tickets wil afhandelen
  • geen zin hebt in telefonie of prospectie
  • duidelijke verantwoordelijkheid liever uit de weg gaat
