Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Success Specialist ben jij de vertrouwde partner van onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij maximaal waarde halen uit onze producten, diensten en digitale oplossingen. Je begeleidt klanten tijdens hun volledige klantreis en draagt actief bij aan hun tevredenheid, loyaliteit en groei:

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij een vlotte onboarding en ondersteunt hen in het gebruik van onze digitale bestel- en serviceplatformen.
  • Je bouwt sterke en duurzame relaties op met klanten en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je identificeert proactief opportuniteiten om de klantbeleving verder te verbeteren.
  • Je volgt klantvragen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een snelle, oplossingsgerichte afhandeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere interne teams om een optimale klantenervaring te garanderen.
  • Je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je detecteert groeikansen en werkt samen met Sales aan upsell- en cross-sell opportuniteiten.
  • Je informeert klanten proactief over promoties, nieuwe producten en relevante ontwikkelingen.
  • Je neemt deel aan projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en customer experience.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • Ervaring binnen Customer Success, Customer Care, Account Management, commerciële binnendienst of horeca is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een sterke klantgerichte mindset en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen en begeleiden van klanten.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen en tools kennen.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke periodes.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag samenwerkt.
