Ben jij analytisch, klantgericht en krijg je energie van een logistiek proces dat van A tot Z klopt? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Utrecht zoeken wij een Customer Supply Chain Specialist die zorgt dat orders soepel verlopen en tegelijkertijd kansen ziet om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Als Customer Supply Chain Specialist zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen van grote retail- en groothandelsklanten tijdig en correct worden verwerkt en geleverd. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en houdt je bezig met het volledige proces rondom onder andere orders, logistieke planning, facturatie en klachten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en bewaken van dagelijkse klantorders; - Onderhouden van contact met retail- en groothandelsklanten; - Coördineren van orderplaatsing, logistieke planning en facturatie; - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals demand planning, logistiek en sales; - Analyseren van het Customer Service Level en opstellen van wekelijkse analyses; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen; - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van procesautomatisering; - Volgen en bewaken van het klachtenproces in SAP.

Wij bieden - Salaris tussen € 3.700 en € 4.300 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband; - Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever; - 25 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen; - Een 13e maand; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Volledige vergoeding van het openbaar vervoer van en naar het werk; - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesverbetering.

- Heeft recent een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond en affiniteit met supply chain en logistiek; - Is analytisch en vindt het leuk om met data te werken; - Is klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende stakeholders; - Ziet kansen om processen te verbeteren en neemt hierin graag initiatief; - Kan goed overweg met verschillende systemen en heeft bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP; - Beheerst de Nederlandse taal vlo
