Als Customer Supply Lead zorg jij ervoor dat complexe klantorders van begin tot eind goed worden uitgevoerd. Je brengt techniek, inkoop, planning, leveranciers en klantcontact bij elkaar en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Als Customer Supply Lead zit je midden in de organisatie. Het ene moment beoordeel je samen met Engineering een nieuwe order, daarna neem je contact op met een leverancier over een spoedlevering en vervolgens bespreek je met Productie wat een wijziging betekent voor de planning. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant. Je hoeft niet overal zelf specialist in te zijn, maar moet wel voldoende technische kennis hebben om te begrijpen wat er speelt. Vervolgens zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste mensen met elkaar samenwerken en dat de klant uiteindelijk krijgt wat is afgesproken. Functie Als Customer Supply Lead ben jij eigenaar van jouw klantorders, vanaf het moment dat een order wordt geaccepteerd tot aan de uiteindelijke levering. Je beoordeelt wat er technisch nodig is, zorgt dat materialen beschikbaar zijn en houdt grip op planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en levertijden. Daarbij werk je dagelijks samen met collega's van Sales, Engineering, Productie, Supply Chain en Kwaliteit. Ook heb je rechtstreeks contact met klanten en leveranciers. Dreigt een levering uit te lopen of ontstaat er een probleem in de productie? Dan wacht jij niet af, maar breng je de juiste mensen bij elkaar en zorg je dat er een oplossing komt.
