Als onze nieuwe Customer Support collega maak je iedere dag echt een positieve impact en bouw je daarnaast actief mee aan onze nieuwe reislabel. Enthousiast? Lees snel verder! Over Klup Klup is een prijswinnend platform waarbij de sociale/maatschappelijke waarde breed wordt erkend. Binnen onze actieve en hechte community (200.000 geregistreerde leden) ontmoeten Kluppers elkaar tijdens activiteiten. Via de Klup-app worden wekelijks meer dan 700 activiteiten georganiseerd en gaan kluppers samen op pad. Onze missie: zoveel mogelijk 50-plussers verbinden en inspireren om samen ervaringen te delen. Zo zijn we een preventieve en vooral leuke oplossing tegen eenzaamheid. Over Klup Travel Klup Travel is onze nieuwe reisdivisie waarin we unieke en avontuurlijke groepsreizen organiseren voor de Klup-doelgroep. Van actieve fietsvakanties en wandelweekenden in eigen land tot avontuurlijke reizen naar bestemmingen als Griekenland en een wintersavontuur in Lapland. Ook hier staan verbinding, nieuwe ontmoetingen en samen nieuwe ervaringen delen centraal. Jouw rol Als Customer Support collega ben je hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Kluppers, zowel binnen de Klup-app als voor de reizigers van Klup Travel. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk contactmoment een positieve ervaring wordt en biedt daarnaast ondersteuning bij de organisatie van onze groepsreizen. Wat ga je doen? • Beantwoorden van vragen van Kluppers via e-mail, telefoon, chat en andere kanalen • Oplossen van klachten en problemen op een prettige en professionele manier • Je werkt nauw samen met je technische collega's om vragen direct om te zetten in slimme aanpassingen in de app • Ondersteunen van reizigers van Klup Travel bij vragen over boekingen, betalingen en praktische reisinformatie •...
