Als Customer Support Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke administratie en het klantenbeheer van dit bedrijf in Dilsen-Stokkem. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Invoeren en opvolgen van orders van Europese dealers in Navision, inclusief orderbevestigingen en goedkeuring.
  • Voorbereiden van picklijsten, coördineren van verzendingen, en bijbehorende administratieve taken.
  • Beheren van orders voor kantoormateriaal en verpakkingen, inclusief voorraadbeheer.
  • Geleidelijk overnemen van het beheer van vaste klanten, inclusief relatiebeheer.

Je gaat geleidelijk aan het beheer van vaste klanten op je nemen, inclusief het onderhouden van deze relatie.

Ben jij de Customer Support Administrator die wij zoeken voor het bedrijf in Dilsen-Stokkem? Dan zijn dit onze verwachtingen van jou:
