Geen ervaring in iGaming? Geen probleem! 🎯 Je krijgt een opleiding en leert de sector én het platform helemaal kennen. Wat we vooral zoeken? Iemand die graag met mensen werkt, goed kan communiceren en niet in paniek raakt wanneer er meerdere dingen tegelijk gebeuren.

💬 Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Support Agent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor spelers. Via chat, telefoon en e-mail help je hen met hun vragen en zorg je ervoor dat ze zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Concreet betekent dat:

  • 💬 Spelers helpen via chat, telefoon en e-mail in het Nederlands en/of Frans.
  • 🔎 Vragen, problemen en klachten oplossen en indien nodig doorspelen naar de juiste afdeling.
  • 🛠️ Helpen bij technische problemen en samen met de speler naar een oplossing zoeken.
  • 🎮 Uitleg geven over games, spelregels en functionaliteiten.
  • 📢 Spelers informeren over nieuwe producten, acties en promoties.
  • 🤝 Samenwerken met verschillende teams om de best mogelijke spelerservaring te creëren.
  • 📚 Op de hoogte blijven van veranderingen binnen de iGaming-sector en de regelgeving.
  • 💡 Feedback van spelers verzamelen en meedenken over hoe de service nóg beter kan.

🧩 Wie zoeken we? We zoeken geen wandelende encyclopedie of iemand die al 10 jaar in een casino heeft gewerkt. 😉 Een goede attitude vinden we minstens even belangrijk als ervaring. Je:

  • Nederlands spreekt op moedertaalniveau óf Frans op moedertaalniveau., daarnaast goed Engels.
  • ✍️ communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • ❤️ hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid en weet hoe je met empathie én professionaliteit met mensen omgaat.
  • 🧠 bent een echte multitasker en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende vragen en situaties.
  • ⚡ voelt je goed in een dynamische, snel veranderende omgeving.
  • 🤝 werkt graag samen en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • 🕐 bent bereid om in shiften te werken, zowel tijdens de week als in het weekend.
