Als Customer Support Consultant ben jij het vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Wat worden jouw taken? - Onderhouden van persoonlijk contact met vaste klanten via het servicedeskportaal. - Samen met Customer Success Managers zorgen voor een optimale klantervaring. - Helder communiceren over de status van lopende meldingen en verzoeken. - Actief meedenken over het verbeteren van de onderlinge werkprocessen en de teamsfeer. Wie ben jij? Je bent sociaal ingesteld, communicatief vaardig en helpt anderen graag op weg. Je vindt het prettig om in een collegiale, internationale omgeving te werken waar hard werken en ontspanning hand in hand gaan. Je pakt proactief de telefoon en weet klanten gerust te stellen met jouw duidelijke uitleg.
