Daarnaast werken wij ook vanuit de locaties Raalte (NL), Pune (IN), remote al een aantal jaren vanuit Spanje. Als professional vind jij het fijn om de ruimte te hebben om je werk in te delen naar eigen inzicht, maar ben je ook nieuwsgierig naar wat je nog meer in je mars hebt en ben je altijd opzoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen. Bij Decos bieden wij je de mogelijkheid te ontdekken en om te ondernemen, maar dan met de voordelen van een stabiele omgeving. A DAY IN THE HOME OFFICE Jouw dag begint met het checken van Freshdesk, je bekijkt de binnengekomen tickets en zorgt dat je tickets voor de komende dag hebt ingepland. Op deze manier weet je precies waar je aan gaat werken en welke klanten je zal spreken. Daarnaast verzamel je tickets waarin vraagstukken staan waar je momenteel tegen aanloopt. Om 10 uur start je dagelijkse uurtje met Developers en Technisch Consultants, je wilt zo optimaal mogelijk gebruik maken van hun expertise zodat jij uiteindelijk de klant uitstekend kunt ondersteunen.
