Was wirst du tun? Als Teil des Customer Support Teams in Griechenland bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für deutschsprachige Kunden. Deine Aufgabe: Probleme lösen, Fragen beantworten und Menschen das Gefühl geben, gut betreut zu sein. Keine Sorge, du wirst zum Start umfassend geschult, auch ohne Vorerfahrung bist du bestens vorbereitet. Jeder Tag bietet dir die Chance, dazuzulernen und anderen zu helfen. Je nach Projekt könnten dich zum Beispiel folgende Anfragen erreichen: „Mein Auto zeigt eine Warnleuchte. Was bedeutet das und was soll ich tun?" „Ich komme nicht mehr in mein Konto. Kannst du mir helfen, das Passwort zurückzusetzen?" „Warum ist meine Serie plötzlich nicht mehr in meiner Sprache verfügbar?" Gearbeitet wird im Schichtsystem. Das lässt dir genug Zeit, um nach Feierabend an den Strand zu fahren oder die Sonne bei einem leckeren Essen zu genießen. So verbindest du Berufserfahrung und Lebensqualität auf ideale Weise. Über das Unternehmen Du arbeitest für ein internationales Unternehmen, das auf Kundenservice für einige der weltweit bekanntesten Marken spezialisiert ist, darunter Mercedes, Microsoft und Netflix.
