- Customer support medewerker Zakelijke dienstverlening 24 - 28 MBO Sneek €2500 - €3000 per maand Delen Je start de ochtend met een kop koffie en opent direct het systeem om nieuwe orders in te voeren. Nog voor je de eerste offerte afrondt, belt een buitenlandse klant met een spoedvraag over een levertijd. Tussendoor ontvang je een bezoeker aan de balie en boek je een hotelovernachting voor een collega die op zakenreis gaat. Binnen dit internationale bedrijf in de maritieme sector vliegen de uren voorbij door het vele klantcontact en de constante afwisseling op kantoor. Een energieke tijdelijke rol van ongeveer 6 maanden waarin jij het verschil maakt voor klanten wereldwijd. Wat bieden wij? - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen bij een voltijdsdienstverband - Fiets- en wandelvergoeding van € 0,35 netto per kilometer - Een winstafhankelijke jaarlijkse uitkering - De vrijheid om mee te denken over het slimmer inrichten van werkprocessen Wat ga je doen? Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten zorg je voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling van orders. - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes en orders, inclusief de facturatie en archivering. - Klanten uit binnen- en buitenland te woord staan over prijzen, levertijden en service in het Nederlands en Engels. - Klantinformatie actueel houden in het systeem en binnenkomende telefoongesprekken doorverbinden naar collega's. - Bezoekers gastvrij ontvangen en reizen of hotels regelen voor klanten en collega's. - Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van beursactiviteiten en zorgen dat kantoorartikelen op voorraad zijn.
