Achter elk succesvol verpakkingstraject staat een Customer Support Medewerker die ervoor zorgt dat alle processen soepel verlopen. Want jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, leverancier en de interne organisatie. Van het verpakken van bekende chocolaatjes en seizoenartikelen tot het samenstellen van actie-multipacks of het verwerken van biologische producten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en informatie altijd up-to-date is.Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak kunnen onze klanten rekenen op de betrouwbare en persoonlijke samenwerking waar NOMI al ruim 35 jaar om bekend staat. Dit ga jij doen: Als Customer Support Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele begeleiding van klantprojecten. Vanaf het moment dat een opdracht binnenkomt vanuit de afdeling Sales tot aan de uiteindelijke uitlevering zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij bent voortdurend bezig met het bewaken van de voortgang van orders en projecten. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers, logistieke partners en collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Zie je een knelpunt of afwijking? Dan wacht je niet af, maar neem je initiatief om samen tot een oplossing te komen.
