Voor een werkgever in Genemuiden is uitzendbureau Manpower op zoek naar een Customer Support medewerker.

Als medewerker Customer Support ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte afhandeling van serviceaanvragen en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om de juiste oplossingen te bieden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Beheren van klantcontact met betrekking tot serviceaanvragen en klachten

- Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van klantvragen in het systeem

- Coördineren van interne onderzoeken in samenwerking met afdelingen als logistiek en verkoop

- Organiseren en opvolgen van retourzendingen

- Proactief informeren van klanten over de voortgang

- Overleggen met verkopers over servicevragen

- Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen Customer Support

Dit krijg je

✅ Brutosalaris tussen € 2.500 en € 3.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
