Voor een stabiele en mensgerichte organisatie actief binnen technische dienstverlening in Wemmel zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en klantgerichte Customer Support Officer. In deze functie maak je deel uit van een dynamisch administratief team en sta je in voor de opvolging van service- en onderhoudscontracten binnen een safety-gerelateerde omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen en beheren van bestaande service- en onderhoudscontracten
  • Toevoegen en schrappen van apparatuur binnen contracten
  • Opstellen van offertes voor verlengingen van onderhoudscontracten
  • Verwerken van de bijhorende facturatie
  • Voorstellen uitwerken voor nieuwe onderhoudscontracten
  • Opstellen en beheren van onderhoudsplannen
  • Administratieve opvolging van diverse dossiers
  • Rapporteren aan de Office Manager

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een administratieve of customer support functie binnen een technische omgeving
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een basiskennis Engels
  • Je werkt vlot met moderne IT-tools en hebt een goede kennis van Excel
  • Kennis van SAP of een andere ERP-software is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je woont bij voorkeur binnen een straal van 35 km van Wemmel
