Jouw Role as Customer support specialist

Als specialist ben jij het vaste Single Point of Contact (SPOC) voor jouw klanten. Je beheert de volledige operationele flow van hun logistieke dossiers en bouwt tegelijk aan een duurzame klantrelatie.

Je werkt in een internationale context en in sectoren waar timing, flexibiliteit en duidelijke communicatie cruciaal zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde – en dat is exact wat deze rol zo aantrekkelijk maakt.

In deze functie:

  • Ben je eerste en vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille.
  • Beheer je klantendossiers van A tot Z: operationeel, administratief én relationeel.
  • Coördineer je transportoplossingen binnen Europa.
  • Vorm je de brug tussen de klant en onze logistieke activiteiten.
  • Werk je nauw samen met planning, transport, warehouse en andere interne teams.
  • Zorg je voor een correcte opvolging in de verschillende IT-systemen.
  • Signaleer je knelpunten en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Combineer je operationele nauwkeurigheid met commerciële feeling en klantgerichtheid.
  • Bouw je mee aan langetermijnrelaties, gebaseerd op vertrouwen en kwaliteit.

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen de logistieke en transportsector.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans, en met een goede beheersing van Engels ben je een echte aanwinst.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en operationele omgeving.
  • Je denkt klantgericht en oplossingsgericht, dat is jouw magic touch.
  • Je houdt overzicht, werkt gestructureerd en neemt ownership.
  • Je bent een hands‑on teamplayer met pit, commerciële feeling en vooral goesting.
