Customer support specialist onderwijs - 32-40 uur Onze opdrachtgever APS IT-diensten is een begrip in het basis- en speciaal onderwijs. Met onze specialistische kennis ondersteunen wij bijna 100% van de scholen op het gebied van ICT en leveren wij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het digitaliseren van het onderwijs in Nederland. We zijn een platte en informele organisatie en vormen een compact team met betrokken collega's, die aanpakken en in samenwerking waarde realiseren voor scholen. Wat ga je doen? De Servicedesk helpt scholen met al hun vragen over onze dienstverlening, verwerkt bestellingen voor licenties, software en trainingen en speelt daarmee een grote rol in de klantervaring van de scholen. Wij worden gewaardeerd om het persoonlijke contact met de scholen en werken niet met keuzemenu's of vraagformulieren. Je beantwoordt telefoontjes en e-mails en belt naar klanten bij vragen of onduidelijkheden. Voor complexere vragen benader je eventueel collega's van andere afdelingen, je blijft openstaande vragen monitoren en houdt de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang. En je zorgt voor een goede afhandeling en vastlegging. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Je komt naar ons moderne kantoor in Utrecht en praat even bij met collega's, of je werkt vanuit huis en chat met je collega's. Je opent de benodigde programma's, logt in op de telefoon, kijkt of je nieuwe vragen, of reacties op uitstaande vragen hebt en bepaalt de prioriteiten. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Hoewel je dagelijks bezig bent met telefoongesprekken en het beantwoorden van e-mails, is de complexiteit en zijn de onderwerpen heel divers. Uiteraard zorg je ervoor dat alle klantgegevens actueel blijven in ons CRM-systeem, op basis van ons klantcontact, maar ook door het verwerken van informatie, die collega's hebben verzameld bij klantbezoeken. Je verwerkt binnengekomen bestellingen en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe contracten, producten en procedures. Op weg naar huis kijk je tevreden ...
