Wij zijn uitzendbureau én recruitment agency in de wereld van hospitality: wij koppelen mensen aan werk waar ze blij van worden. Elke week melden zich nieuwe kandidaten aan. Jij bent degene die ze als eerste spreekt. Je belt ze binnen een dag terug, checkt of de klik er is en vertelt eerlijk wat ze kunnen verwachten. Zo weet iedereen binnen 48 uur waar hij of zij aan toe is, zodat niemand tussen wal en schip valt. Kort gezegd: dankzij jou voelt geen enkele kandidaat zich een nummer. Wat ga je bij ons doen? - Je werkt 16 - 24 uur per week vanuit ons gezellige kantoor in De Pijp - Je belt kandidaten op voor een screening, om kennis te maken en te horen wie ze zijn - Je leert hoe je een sollicitatiegesprek kan leidden (online & op kantoor) - Je schrijft een kort verslag en draagt de kandidaat aan bij de projectmanager van SuperStaff - Je plant afspraken en houdt de database goed bij - Je voert eenvoudige HR-taken uit - Je beantwoordt vragen van kandidaten - Je ziet waar het vastloopt en zorgt dat het snel weer verder kan - Je staat ervoor op om in drukke periodes eens per maand een weekenddienstje op te pakken - Je helpt mensen aan een leuke baan en zorgt dat vacatures op een fijne manier worden ingevuld.
