Als parttime Customerservice medewerker kom je te werken in een professionele 24/7 klantcontactomgeving. In deze rol sta je klanten van diverse organisaties te woord. Dit zorgt voor een enorme variatie in je werk. Of het nu gaat om een blokkade bij een locatie of een algemene vraag, jij houdt het overzicht en helpt de klant weer op weg. Vanaf 32 uur per week kun je hier al aan de slag. Deze functie sluit daardoor ook perfect aan wanneer je bijvoorbeeld een studie volgt of doordeweeks een vaste vrije dag wilt inplannen. Wat worden jouw taken? - Aannemen en afhandelen van uiteenlopende klantvragen; - Snel en efficiënt analyseren van het klantprobleem; - Geruststellen en helder informeren van de beller; - Invoeren van klantinformatie in meerdere bedrijfssystemen; - Nauwkeurig volgen van vastgestelde protocollen en belscripts; - Uitzetten van complexe meldingen bij externe partijen; - Bieden van een uitstekende klantbeleving bij elk gesprek. Wie ben jij Je bent een prettige gesprekspartner die daadkrachtig optreedt. Je luistert aandachtig en weet met de juiste vragen snel tot de kern te komen. Je zoekt een parttime functie vanaf 32 uur per week en vindt onregelmatige tijden een pluspunt. Eén vaste schooldag of vrije dag door de week is prima bespreekbaar bij voldoende flexibiliteit op overige dagen.
