Elke dag sta je in contact met klanten en zorg je ervoor dat vragen over pakketten, levertijden en bezorgopties snel worden beantwoord. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week , meestal tussen 08.00 en 18.00 uur , waarbij je zelf kiest of je 32 of 40 uur wilt werken. Je werkt deels thuis en deels op kantoor in Arnhem, dat goed bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer, de fiets of de auto. Een gemiddelde dag begint met een kop koffie en een gezellige teamstart. Vervolgens help je klanten via telefoon en e-mail met al hun vragen. Je volgt pakketten, lost problemen op en schakelt efficiënt met collega's en chauffeurs. Alles leg je netjes vast in systemen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elk pakket op tijd aankomt. Je krijgt coaching, leert professionele systemen gebruiken en werkt in een internationaal team.
