Als customerservicemedewerker backline in Arnhem geef jij elke dag het beste van jezelf. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week en krijgt de kans om echt zelfstandig te werken. In deze rol pak je dossiers op die net wat uitdagender zijn. Daardoor kun je laten zien wat je in huis hebt! Je werkt vooral digitaal, verwerkt verzoeken, behandelt mails en lost complexe vragen op. Alleen bij hoge urgentie ga je de telefoon in, waardoor je je kunt focussen op kwaliteit. Jij bent degene die zorgt dat klanten en collega’s snel en goed geholpen worden. Je verwerkt boekingen, cashbackverzoeken en zorgt dat het systeem altijd klopt. Je bent betrokken, denkt mee en blijft altijd professioneel. Elke dag is anders. Je checkt welke acties er openstaan, overlegt met collega’s en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Jij bent de schakel die het verschil maakt in het team. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en lost problemen op. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien, nieuwe dingen te leren en echt het verschil te maken voor klanten. Zie jij jezelf deze uitdaging aangaan?
