In Antwerpen zoeken we een Customs Compliance Specialist die een cruciale rol speelt in het waarborgen van naleving van wet- en regelgeving en interne processen. Dit is jouw kans om impact te maken op zowel strategisch als operationeel niveau binnen de logistieke sector.

Als Customs Compliance Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de douane-operaties en het minimaliseren van risico's door nauwkeurige naleving van regelgeving. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Opstellen van meldingen voor klanten.
  • Bewaken en opvolgen van dossiers binnen de gestelde deadlines van de douaneautoriteiten.
  • Communicatie met klanten en douane, voornamelijk via e-mail.
  • Genereren van KPI's om prestaties inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Registratie en beheer van geschillen.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers door benodigde documenten bij klanten op te vragen.
  • Monitoren en opvolgen van douaneprocedures op landelijk niveau.
  • Uitvoeren van interne kwaliteitscontroles.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol als Customs Compliance Specialist beschik je over:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Ervaring en expertise binnen de douanebranche.
  • Eerdere werkervaring in logistiek is een pluspunt.
  • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office en Stream Software.
  • Een flexibele instelling en sterke teamgeest.
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden.
  • Stressbestendigheid en zelfstandigheid in werkplanning
