Spring jij mee aan boord?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je beheert en registreert alle binnenkomende douanedocumenten en correspondentie.
  • Je bewaakt openstaande dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van administratieve acties.
  • Je monitort dagelijkse export- en transitdocumenten, waaronder exit confirmations, T1-documenten en exportaangiftes.
  • Je volgt de compliance mailbox op en behandelt vragen of acties tijdig.
  • Je voert maandelijkse audits uit op douanedossiers en ondersteunt bij interne controles.
  • Je bewaakt rapporteringen rond douane-entrepots en tijdelijke opslag.
  • Je ondersteunt klantenrapporteringen op wekelijkse en maandelijkse basis.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe douanewetgeving en vertaalt wijzigingen naar de praktijk.
  • Je controleert data management processen, denied party screenings en event codes binnen het transportsysteem.
  • Je ondersteunt administratieve collega's en rapporteert wekelijks aan de Brokerage Manager.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen douane, transport of logistieke compliance.
  • Je hebt kennis van systemen zoals PLDA, NCTS, EDMS en IDMS.
  • Ervaring binnen zee- of luchtvracht (import/export) is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent sterk administratief onderlegd en voelt je comfortabel in een ondersteunende rol.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen, werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving en behoudt het overzicht onder druk.
  • Je bent leergierig, servicegericht en beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en digitale werkomgevingen.
