Unternehmensbeschreibung LKW WALTER ist Teil der WALTER GROUP, einem managementgeführten österreichischen Privatunternehmen mit mehr als 5.000 Mitarbeitenden, und organisiert internationale Komplettladungs-Transporte in ganz Europa.

Du interessierst dich für internationale Transportprozesse und möchtest dich auf das Thema Zoll spezialisieren? In dieser Rolle sorgst du für eine reibungslose und termingerechte Zollabwicklung unserer internationalen Transporte. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Zollagenten, Partnerunternehmen und Behörden zusammen und trägst gleichzeitig zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse bei.

Stellenbeschreibung Deine Aufgaben

* Du koordinierst die operative Zollabwicklung unserer internationalen Transporte und sorgst für eine termingerechte Zollanmeldung und Dokumentation * Zollrelevante Daten und Unterlagen prüfst und pflegst du sorgfältig und stellst dabei eine hohe Daten- und Prozessqualität sicher * Im Tagesgeschäft stimmst du dich mit Zollagenten, Zollterminals, Partnerunternehmen und Behörden ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss * Bei zollrelevanten Abweichungen und Problemfällen findest du passende Lösungen und koordinierst bei Bedarf die weitere Klärung * Das Onboarding neuer Partner sowie die Integration neuer Routen und Verkehre begleitest du aktiv * Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Abläufen und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer Zoll- und Dokumentenprozesse mit

Qualifikationen Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (min. Matura) oder eine zollspezifische Ausbildung (wie zB P36) * Grundlegende Kenntnisse zollrechtlicher Vorschriften und gutes Verständnis für operative Transportprozesse sind von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung - auch als Berufseinsteiger*in findest du bei uns einen passenden Einstieg * Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, sprichst fließend Deutsch (min. C1) und gutes Englisch (min. B2) * Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen runden dein Profil ab
