Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie zoekt Gierveld Recruitment een ervaren Customs & Trade Compliance Manager die inhoudelijke expertise combineert met leiderschap en ondernemerschap. In deze rol ben je onderdeel van het Management Team en verantwoordelijk voor de verdere professionalisering van Customs & Trade Compliance binnen de Benelux. Je staat dicht op de operatie, kent de praktijk en weet compliance te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft leiding aan een compact team en bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor douane, trade compliance en risicobeheersing. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en coachen van het Customs & Compliance team; - Verantwoordelijkheid voor het compliance-framework, procedures en interne controles; - Bewaken van AEO, fiscale vertegenwoordiging en douanecompliance; - Uitvoeren van risk assessments en voorbereiden van audits; - Adviseren over complexe import-, export- en transitvraagstukken; - Beoordelen van douanewaarde, oorsprong en classificatie; - Begeleiden van complexe dossiers, correcties en bezwaartrajecten; - Implementeren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, waaronder DMS, CBAM en sanctiewetgeving; - Initiëren van digitalisering, standaardisatie en procesverbetering; - Adviseren van klanten en samenwerken met Douane, brokers en andere partners.
