* Mitarbeit an zukunftsorientierten Sicherheitskonzepten in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Cyber-Sicherheit in der Miba Gruppe als Mitglied des globalen Cyber-Security-Teams

* Gestaltung und Implementierung von Cyber-Security-Architekturen mit Schwerpunkt auf System- und Netzwerk-Sicherheit, Hardening, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security sowie Identity & Access Management

* Identifizierung, Analyse, Bewertung und Schließen von Sicherheitsrisiken

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung

* Aktive Teilnahme in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld

Das macht dich aus

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cyber-Security

* Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt IT ist von Vorteil

* Fundiertes Wissen in Microsoft-Umgebungen, insbesondere in Active Directory, Entra ID sowie Windows Server, Cloud & Client Security

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerksicherheit (z.B.: Segmentierung, Firewalls, Remote-Access, etc.)

* Gutes Verständnis für Identity-Security (IAM, PAM, MFA, etc.)

* Du verstehst, wie diese Themen zusammenspielen

* Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Sicherheitsarchitekturen, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld

* Kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit mit strukturiertem Arbeitsstil

* Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Kolleg:innen von guten Lösungen zu überzeugen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, Microsoft SC-Reihe oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen sind wünschenswert
