Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Cybersecurity Engineer werk je breed en diepgaand over verschillende domeinen, waaronder security operations, vulnerability management, compliance en user awareness:

  • SecOps & Monitoring: Je monitort, analyseert en reageert op security alerts en incidenten via tools zoals Microsoft Defender en Taegis XDR.
  • Vulnerability Management: Je coördineert patch-beheer, risicobeoordelingen en de proactieve opvolging van kwetsbaarheden.
  • Infrastructuur & Cloud: Je ondersteunt de optimalisatie van endpoint-, netwerk- en cloud security (o.a. Zscaler) en IAM-processen (zoals MFA-controles en access reviews).
  • Compliance & Audits: Je beheert security policies en zorgt voor de naleving van kaders zoals NIS2 en ISO 27001. Je begeleidt tevens interne en externe audits en penetratietesten.
  • Security Awareness: Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het trainen van medewerkers wereldwijd, inclusief phishing-simulaties .
  • Projecten: Je draagt bij aan business continuity (BCP), disaster recovery (DRP) en digital transformation initiatieven (waaronder DLP-controles).

Jouw profiel Wij zoeken een analytische, zelfstandige en communicatieve specialist die eigenaarschap neemt over de IT-beveiliging:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Informatica, Information Security of een gerelateerde richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in IT Security, SecOps of infrastructuurbeveiliging.
  • Je hebt sterke, hands-on ervaring met moderne security tools (zoals XDR-platformen en de Microsoft Security stack).
  • Kennis van security frameworks en reguleringen (zoals NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001) is een must.
  • In het bezit zijn van certificeringen (CISSP, CISM, Security+, MS Security) is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft professioneel Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch (internationaal) te reizen indien de projecten dit vereisen.
