Ben jij een ervaren Cybersecurity Engineer die graag het verschil maakt binnen een internationale organisatie? Wil je niet enkel incidenten opvolgen, maar ook actief meebouwen aan een toekomstgerichte securitystrategie? Dan krijg je hier de kans om ownership te nemen over de cybersecurity van een moderne IT- en OT-omgeving. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve onderneming waar jouw expertise rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een veilige en stabiele digitale werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen? Als Cybersecurity Engineer ben jij hét interne aanspreekpunt voor cybersecurity en speel je een sleutelrol in het beschermen van de volledige IT-infrastructuur. Je werkt nauw samen met interne IT-collega's, externe securitypartners en verschillende businessafdelingen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van de cybersecuritystrategie en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het externe Security Operations Center (SOC) en volgt beveiligingsmeldingen en incidenten op.
  • Je analyseert security-incidenten en coördineert de juiste acties samen met de interne IT-teams.
  • Je optimaliseert de detectie van cyberdreigingen door securityregels continu te verbeteren.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert verschillende securityplatformen zoals SIEM-, EDR- en vulnerability management-oplossingen.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in OT-security en de beveiliging van industriële omgevingen.
  • Je automatiseert securityprocessen en werkt rapporteringen en dashboards uit.
  • Je ondersteunt risicoanalyses, audits en complianceprojecten, waaronder het traject richting ISO 27001.
  • Je stelt procedures en securitydocumentatie op en organiseert oefeningen rond incident response.
  • Je volgt nieuwe evoluties binnen cybersecurity op en vertaalt deze naar verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.

Binnen het IT-team krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol op te nemen, initiatief te tonen en mee te bouwen aan de cybersecurity van morgen.

  • Je beschikt over minstens vier jaar ervaring binnen cybersecurity of IT-security.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van IT-infrastructuur zoals netwerken, servers, virtualisatie en cloudomgevingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SIEM-, EDR- of XDR-oplossingen.
  • Incident response, monitoring en vulnerability management zijn voor jou vertrouwde domeinen.
  • Kennis van OT-security of industriële omgevingen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en voelt je comfortabel om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische collega's.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ITIL.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch verschillende vestigingen te bezoeken.
